Polly Koop

Polly Koop, is a Managing Director and serves as the Chief Compliance Officer, member of the PAAMCO Prisma Executive Committee and Head of Compliance and Legal.  She joined PAAMCO in 2011 as the Senior Compliance Officer and then as CCO for several years, before becoming the Head of Compliance. In her role as CCO, she focuses on the design, management and coordination of the firm’s compliance program. She is also responsible for PAAMCO Prisma’s legal efforts. Prior to joining PAAMCO, Polly was a Senior Audit Manager in Deloitte’s Asset Management practice, where she lead and performed audits of both registered and unregistered funds, as well as managed the multinational controls examination of a large global investment organization.  Polly graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Accounting and is a CPA.
