Michael Levin

Michael Levin, is a Managing Director, joined PAAMCO in 2006, and is member of the PAAMCO Prisma Executive Committee and the Head of Operations and Finance. His team is responsible for back-office operations across PAAMCO Prisma investment products and management company. Prior to his current role, Michael was co-head of PAAMCO’s Operational Due Diligence program.  Michael also worked in the firm’s London office where he was responsible for PAAMCO Europe Business Operations, Accounting, Investment Operations and compliance matters, as well as PAAMCO Asia Accounting and Business Operations. Michael is a frequent participant at hedge fund conferences, often speaking about best practices in hedge fund operations and investor expectations for hedge fund back offices.  Additionally, he works with hedge fund managers to improve their operations and maintain institutional quality organizations.  Michael graduated with distinction from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a BA in Business Economics with an emphasis in accounting.  Michael is a California licensed CPA and a CFA and CAIA Charterholder.
