Keith Moss

Keith Moss, is a Managing Director, is a member of the PAAMCO Prisma Executive Committee and serves as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Strategic Initiatives. He began working with Prisma in 2015 while it was part of KKR and formally joined the firm during its spin-out from KKR in 2017.  As CTO, he is responsible for global technology applications, cybersecurity and core infrastructure.  Through his leadership role as Head of Strategic Initiatives he drives efficiency, scale and savings across the systems and operations of the firm.  Keith joined KKR in 2007, leading critical systems implementations across public markets trading, operations, finance and corporate functions, while holding various technology positions, from VP to Director. 

Prior to KKR, Keith worked at SAC Capital and at PwC, where he led technology, risk and operations projects for financial institutions.  He holds BA degrees in Economics and in French literature from Cornell University, including studies at Sciences Po in Paris, France.  He serves on the Advisory Board of DiligentIQ, a company enabling the use of Generative AI in the Private Markets due diligence process.
