Vincent Cuticello

Vincent Cuticello, JD, a Managing Director and Partner, joined KKR Prisma (wholly owned subsidiary of KKR), a predecessor to the firm, in 2013 and is a member of the PAAMCO Prisma Executive Committee. He serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committees.

Prior to joining, Vince was the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Edgestream Partners, L.P.  Previously, he was Chief Legal Officer at Neuberger Berman Group, LLC/Lehman Brothers, Inc. Investment Management Division’s hedge fund businesses.  Earlier, Vince was Senior Counsel in the Investment Funds Practice Group at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP.  He began his legal career at Foley, Hoag & Eliot LLP.  Prior, he was employed as a CPA at a large financial institution and a big four audit firm.

He holds a BBA degree in Accounting from Fairfield University, cum laude, and a JD from Northeastern University School of Law.
