Michael Rudzik is a Managing Director, joined the firm in 2004 and is a member of the Portfolio Management team, with a specific focus on equity strategies. Prior to joining, Michael was a portfolio manager at AEGON USA Investment Management LLC, where he was responsible for hedge fund manager due diligence, selection, and monitoring with primary strategy focus on long/short equity, event-driven, multi-strategy arbitrage, and private equity. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Aeon Capital Management LLC, where he collaborated on the formation of a $50 million emerging markets hedge fund start-up for a European investment group. Previously, Michael was a general partner at Tiedemann Investment Group, where he served as head of the trading desk and in a portfolio management capacity. Earlier in his career, he was a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley. Michael holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.
