Beth Leon, CPA (Newport Beach) is a Director and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of PAAMCO Prisma. As CFO, Beth has primary responsibility for financial planning, financial reporting and record keeping oversight for PAAMCO Prisma. Beth joined PAAMCO in 2007 as the Controller and was responsible for oversight of the financial accounting and reporting for PAAMCO and subsidiaries. Before joining PAAMCO, Beth held positions in public accounting firms for sixteen years, including as an Audit Director for RSM US (formerly McGladrey and Pullen), a national public accounting and consulting firm where she managed audits for clients in financial services, manufacturing, government and not-for-profit. Prior to this, Beth was a Senior Manager at Diehl Evans, a regional public accounting firm and Arthur Andersen, an international public accounting firm where she managed audit and consulting engagements. Beth has a BS in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
