Vincent Cuticello, JD, Managing Director and Partner, joined the firm in 2013 and is a member of the PAAMCO Prisma Executive Committee, as well as a member of the Investment Committees for the Multi-Asset Investing Program, specifically the Fund of Funds strategy. He also serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, and previously served as Prisma’s General Counsel. Prior to joining, Vince was the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Edgestream Partners, L.P./Merfin, LLC, an investment advisory firm. Previously, he was Chief Legal Officer at Neuberger Berman Group, LLC/Lehman Brothers, Inc. Investment Management Division’s hedge funds of funds and single manager hedge fund businesses. Earlier, Vince was Senior Counsel in the Investment Funds Practice Group at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where he was responsible for representing and counseling clients in the structuring of private investment funds, including domestic and offshore hedge funds and funds of hedge funds, private equity funds and managed accounts. He began his legal career as a Corporate Associate at Foley, Hoag & Eliot LLP, where he represented and counseled clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions. Prior, Vince served as Senior Vice President of the Controller’s Division at BankAmerica Corporation and Supervising Auditor at Coopers & Lybrand, L.L.P. He holds a BBA degree in Accounting from Fairfield University, cum laude, and a JD from Northeastern University School of Law.
